14-day returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@brashgoodsco.de with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Unless the item is damaged, defective or we made an error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund – at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Since every item is made to order, we cannot exchange items directly. Please return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
