1. Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Every item is printed on demand, so changes or cancellations are generally not possible once your order is placed. Message us as soon as possible – within 24 hours of your order we'll check what we can do.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–3 business days, then your order ships via UPS from within the USA. Tracking is included.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the US is $5.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

3. Returns & Issues

Can I return an item?
Yes – you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. See our return information.

My item arrived damaged or misprinted – what now?
Send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery to hello@brashgoodsco.de – we'll sort it out quickly.

4. Products & Sizing

How do your items fit?
Most of our cuts are regular fit. Special cuts like oversized are labeled as such. Every product has its own size chart on the product page – please check it before ordering.

How do I wash my shirt?
Wash inside out at max. 86 °F (30 °C), no tumble dryer, do not iron directly on the print. That keeps the print looking great for a long time.
